We have Tragically Chip Ice-cream stocked at Henry’s Sans Souci!! It is sooooo good!!!

‘The Tragically Chip is a limited-edition, maple whisky-flavored ice cream loaded with dark chocolate chunks and a black cherry ripple, created by Kawartha Dairy in collaboration with the legendary Canadian band The Tragically Hip.

A portion of the proceeds from this flavor goes to the Breakfast Club of Canada to help provide nutritious meals to kids.’

The baking has been selling out so we have ordered LOTS this week! We are stocked up!!!

When you are here for a visit make sure to stock up on Loretta’s amazing desserts! Blueberry pies, lemon merengue, coconut creme, scones, and cookies!!!

We also have fresh Ontario Produce as well! Zucchini, rhubarb, strawberries, cherry tomatoes and blueberries!

It is with great sadness to share the passing of Paul Elliott on June 17, 2026. Paul was the proud owner of Henry’s Sans Souci for many years and Henry’s had a huge piece of his heart.

We will miss Paul and all his wonderful stories and advice. Paul was a huge supporter and confident for us. He trusted us enough to pass the torch 9 seasons ago. Thank you Paul.

We are all thinking of Joanne and the whole family at this time. Paul will be missed by many.
