Henry’s Sans Souci Restaurant will be opening on June 5th this season! Our restaurant is opening a little later this year, as we are preparing for the added Convenience Store/Farmer’s Market🎉

This year we have renovated the old dining room space and are opening a Convenience/Farmer’s Market that will sell a few groceries, ICE, Loretta’s Bakery Treats,
Kawartha Ice-Cream, Fruits and Vegetables, Snacks, lots of gifts and BEER, WINE, and Ready to Drink beverages🎉

We are super excited to add this service for our customers and will be building on this concept and inventory as we go through this season. Our new space is coming together beautifully and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Our usual famous fish and chips menu also has some new upgrades and we can’t wait to serve you! Our team is stacked and it is going to be another amazing summer on Georgian Bay!

Henry’s Sans Souci is a favourite destination for many, and we plan to keep the same favourite memories with new services and convenience.

At Henry’s Sans Souci we transport all our supplies, food orders, fish, propane, EVERYTHING by barge. We then have to bring it all up the rock hill to the restaurant and walk-ins. It is quite a job and up until now, we have only had a quad and trailer to assist with orders.

Drumroll please…… but NOW we have a new mini truck that is going to be our new work mule! It worked so well with our first delivery, we can’t wait for more!!!

We do lots of hard work, but we sure like to have fun and smile while we do it!!

AVAILABLE POSITIONS & STARTING WAGES

Front of House (Fulltime Positions)

• Front House Manager - Wage/Salary pending experience + gratuity

• Server(s) – $17.60/hr + gratuity

• Hosts - 17.60/hr + gratuity

Back of House (Fulltime Positions)

• Line Cook – $18+/hr + gratuity (Pending skills and experience)

• Prep Cook – $19+/hr + gratuity (Pending skills and experience)

• Student Station Cooks - Student Wage + gratuity (Pending skills and experience)

Other Positions

• (3) Dockhand/Dishwashers/Yard Maintenance – Student Wage (Pending skills and experience)

• (3) Gift Store/Ice Cream/Farmer’s Market/Convenience Store Clerks (Smart Serve necessary for 2 positions) - Student Wage/$17.60/hr *New positions

A shout out to our staff, who make Henry’s what it is! Thank you TEAM 🙌. Some of our staff had to head back to school early, so we had some Harbour staff, friends and family, and some retired Henry’s crew join us this weekend!!! Thank you!!!! ❤️

A special shout out to our Managers Mikko Henry and Zoe Carrera! These two beauties didn’t miss a day, literally. They didn’t miss a beat or an order day!! Thank you Mikko and Zoe! Wishing you both the best year at school!

Labour Day weekend, a labour of love and goodbyes! Not only to many of our team members, but to summer as well. We’re sending all the best to our students heading back to school! We thank them and YOU for such a fun 2025 season!

SANS SOUCI location will be CLOSED AS OF SEPT 1st, making Aug 31st the last day of the season.

HARBOUR location remains open 12-9pm Tuesday-Sunday! We look forward to shifting seasons and continuing to serve you!

Wow the temperatures have dropped in the last couple days, but us over here at Henry’s are soaking in every last minute of Georgian Bay!!

Sunsets, boat rides, fish dinners, memories, family and friends, swimming and ice cream!

We look forward to you joining us this week as we get ready to toast another season and get ready to return to that dreaded word….school 🤣

Our last day open of this season is Sunday Aug 31st.
