July rolls in with warm nights, cold pours, and a more easygoing taproom vibe. We’re taking a little summer break, so the schedule’s lighter than usual—but the good stuff is still here. From live music to jazz afternoons and a chance to jump on stage yourself, July keeps things chill, cozy, and community‑driven.

New Groovy Fruit Sour is here! We wanted something new and refreshing for the summer, so we went red sangria style on this one. Made with pinot noir juice, peach puree and orange puree, we get notes of perfectly ripe peach with juicy red fruit. Enjoy!

Stonecat Grapefruit IPA now available!

We haven’t done a West Coast style IPA in a while so we figured it is time! As opposed to the tropical and hazy style we usually brew, this one is totally filtered and citrus/pine focused. Our first time also using hops from Crosby Farms in Oregon, we hopped this beer with Cascade, CGX Cascade (a concentrated pellet) and Centennial. We also added grapefruit to really boost the citrus character, this one is pure old school deliciousness.

We’re dreaming in Stereo around here. This latest hazy IPA is hopped with Citra and Nelson hops for notes of gooseberry, pink grapefruit, and apricot. Perfectly hazy, full bodied and crushable, this is the hazy most hazies wish they could be.
