Meet the Chef:

Nadine's appreciation for baking began at a young age, growing up surrounded by large family events with endless dessert. The idea of creating something beautiful from scratch

has always intrigued her, and she puts that inspiration into every cake she makes. Nadine is trained in culinary through Le Cordon Bleu Culinary school in Boston, MA. After graduation, she decided to pursue her passion in designing custom cakes and pastry.

New city, new mixer.

I have been a little MIA on social media the past three months, navigating through some big changes in my life. A few months ago I got married, and moved from Markham to Cambridge. I know what you’re wondering, and the answer is yes… I did make my own wedding cake! 👰🏻‍♀️🍰

Now that I am no longer living in the GTA, I am not always available to accept orders, but I am finding a way to make it work! I will do my best to keep on top of posting my availability for GTA orders, but if you can’t coordinate, delivery options are now available. 🚙

I am so excited for this new chapter in my life, to explore this new city, and hopefully make Cambridge a little bit sweeter. 🧁

Finishing off cake week with a big one. I wish I had the help of these little LEGO men laying the LEGO bricks along the side of the cakes! 😅 It was hard work, but in the end, I was really proud of this one. ⁣

So, that concludes cake week! I am sure my fellow cake artists and pastry chefs don’t remember to post all their hard work, but they should be seen and appreciated! ❤️ I hope you all enjoyed.⁣

So, I was blessed with a niece one month ago! I had planned on making the cake and macarons for my sister-in-law’s baby shower back in April 🤰🏻. Unfortunately, all events had to be cancelled due to COVID. But... just because you can’t have a big party, doesn’t mean you can’t have cake! Happy one month baby Celina 💕⁣
