An Exciting Update from Papi’s Country Kitchen! 🔔

WE ARE OPEN AND BUSINESS IS CONTINUING AS USUAL!

You may have noticed this morning a big change to our familiar roadside landmark. Our iconic Papi’s Country Kitchen dome sign has officially been removed!

We want to reassure all of our valued guests and the Medicine Hat community that Papi’s Country Kitchen is NOT closing, relocating, or going out of business.

Instead, we’re investing in the future of our restaurant!

As part of our ongoing property improvements, we are renovating and modernizing our existing sign pole to accommodate a brand new LED sign. Our former dome sign will not be returning, but we’re excited to introduce a fresh, updated look that will serve our business and community for years to come.

While the appearance of our roadside sign is changing, everything you know and love about Papi’s Country Kitchen remains the same. Our delicious homemade meals, welcoming atmosphere, and genuine country hospitality are NOT going anywhere.

We remain OPEN seven days a week, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, throughout the renovation process.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, encouragement, and continued support as we make these exciting improvements.

A new look is on the way, but it’s still the same Papi’s you know and love! 🤠

Fun Canada fact: Canada is home to 38 national parks, spanning more than 340,000 square kilometres. That’s roughly 3% of our country’s total landmass pretty incredible, eh? 🌲🏔️

Whether you’re spending the day with family, friends, out on the lake, at the farm, or just enjoying a well-earned day off, we hope it’s filled with great food and even better company.
