Statement from Your Place Eatery.

On Friday, May 22 at approximately 3PM, there was a sudden fatality in the parking lot of LBR and Your Place Eatery. He was our friend and a wonderful man.

We wish to extend our deepest condolences to his wife and three children from Truro, NS.

We would also like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to: Sandra Rose, Sarah Murdock, Darrick Cameron, John Simpson, Brent Murdock, Mary Easson, Merigomish Fire Department, Lower Barney's River Fire Department and other emergency responders for their brave attempts to resuscitate the individual.

Many others offered their assistance; I'm sorry I don't know all of your names but thank you for your help.

We are proud to be part of a community that comes together during times of tragedy.
