The Red Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take place at 12:15 PM with Mayor Walker of Tay Township alongside the Southeast Georgian Bay Chamber of Commerce and Tourism (SEGBAY). At the Scene Photography Tori Vivian will be there to capture the celebration.
