As a small business, I love supporting other small businesses, so I thought I’d share a brand new Burlington business with you guys!

I tried chubby tiger in Burlington yesterday. They are a brand new Chinese restaurant. They are the same style as the food court places where you make your own combo, but this place isn’t a chain.

I got their two item combo which came out to $15 after tax, you get rice or noodles, plus two items, and it came with a spring roll and a pop.

Portions were HUGE and the combo fed me for lunch and dinner, everything was fresh and piping hot and the spring roll is one of the better ones I’ve had.

Service was great and I was greeted by the employees behind the counter the second I walked in the door.

I was very impressed by the service and food here. If you like North American style Chinese food and want to support a small business, I highly recommend checking these guys out!

Hey everyone!

I plan on being at Ottawa Street Farmers' Market on Saturday, but it looks like we’re getting hit by a big rain storm.

When it rains, it’s usually windy, which makes it very hard for me to operate my booth.

I’ll be monitoring the weather and will be making the call last minute. If it’s just a light rain, I’ll be there. Please stay tuned to my page for the decision. I’ll be making the call sometime tomorrow.
