What makes El Indio so special? 🍉

Grown high in the mountains of Planadas, Tolima (1,500–2,150 MASL), El Indio is the result of 175 dedicated producers working together under ASOPEP—an association built on quality, sustainability, and independence.

Each grower is equipped not just with environmentally responsible practices, but with the knowledge to cup and understand their own coffee—turning every lot into something intentional.

Why Planadas? 🍒

This region is something else.
Volcanic soil packed with nutrients, high elevation, and a climate that slows everything down.

That slower maturation? It’s where complexity is born. It’s where flavour actually develops—not just grows.

A Colombian Natural Caturra from the notorious Planadas, Tolima—where high volcanic elevation builds deep, nutrient-rich complexity, turning every pour into an explosion of flavour.

We just dropped our newest release from the legendary Finca Las Flores, and it’s officially the most playful cup on our bar right now.

Think bright RosĂŠ florals meet the nostalgic, juicy sweetness of a Mango Hi-Chew, all rounded out with a smooth strawberry and hazelnut finish.

This isn’t just luck—it’s the result of some serious wizardry from brothers Jhoan and Diego Vergara. They used a Natural Anaerobic process with a “thermal shock” finish to lock in those wild tropical notes you see on the bag.

It’s vibrant, it’s juicy, and it’s a limited run.

🌈 Sense the Rainbow is not your average coffee workshop—it’s a full-on sensory adventure created by none other than Trent Rollings: Accredited SCA Trainer, WCC Certified Judge, and all-around flavor genius.

In this course, Trent helps you sharpen your palate by starting somewhere unexpected: tasting the rainbow—literally. You’ll explore flavor, texture, and aroma through curated color-coded references before diving into the Pot of Gold: a guided tasting of coffees where you’ll put your new skills to delicious use.

We’re buzzing that Trent is flying all the way to Moncton to share this course with our flavor-curious community. It’s fun, hands-on, and built to leave you talking about coffee with more clarity (and more chaotic tasting notes) than ever before.
