Grown high in the mountains of Planadas, Tolima (1,500â2,150 MASL), El Indio is the result of 175 dedicated producers working together under ASOPEPâan association built on quality, sustainability, and independence.
Each grower is equipped not just with environmentally responsible practices, but with the knowledge to cup and understand their own coffeeâturning every lot into something intentional.
