Big news. We wrote a book !!! We still can’t believe it.
Two years ago, we embarked on a completely wild project: trying to put Mon Lapin onto paper. Its recipes, its wines, its producers, its stories, its reflections, its hospitality, and everything that has made its heart beat since day one.
To tell that story, we immediately thought of our friend, collaborator, and word wizard, Mireille Silcoff. We also knew that Dominique Lafond had to be behind the lens. No one knows our world better than she does.
Two years later, we can finally share the news : THE MON LAPIN COOKBOOK: DE TOUTE BEAUTÉ ! Available in both French and English.
We are emotional! Excited! Grateful! And a bit in shock.
Pre-orders are now open through our website, as well as through Phaidon.com, where a limited number of signed copies are available. The official release is coming October 8th, 2026.

Grande nouvelle. Nous avons écrit un livre !!!
Nous avons encore du mal à y croire.
Il y a deux ans, nous nous sommes lancés dans un fou projet : mettre le Mon Lapin sur papier. Ses recettes, ses vins, ses producteurs, ses histoires, ses réflexions, son hospitalité et tout ce qui fait battre son cœur depuis le premier jour.
Pour raconter notre histoire, nous avons immédiatement pensé à notre amie, et magicienne des mots, Mireille Silcoff. C’était aussi une évidence que Dominique Lafond soit derrière l’objectif.
Deux ans plus t**d, nous pouvoir enfin partager la nouvelle : MON LAPIN : DE TOUTE BEAUTÉ ! Disponible en français et en anglais.
Nous sommes émus! Excités! Reconnaissants! Et un peu sous le choc.
Les préventes sont ouvertes dès maintenant sur notre site web, ainsi que chez Phaidon.com pour une quantité limitée d’exemplaires signés. La sortie officielle aura lieu le 8 octobre, 2026.
