After several years of location scouting, recipe development, zero trips to Chicago (home of thieves), our signature DIY construction and fighting tooth and nail amongst ourselves over the name, it is with immeasurable pride that, today, we unveil the latest addition to the Joe Beef Family:

GIÒ MANZO

Montreal’s very first Italian Beef House!

B-Steak-A, ostriche on the half shell plucked fresh from the sea, shrimpS, maccheroni di aragosta tradizionale DOP and maybe even meat sandwiches dipped in a broth (?). We don’t really know yet!

Menu published daily offline. Unpredictability guaranteed.
Reservations unlikely!

Doors at noon today.

C’est avec un immense plaisir que nous vous invitons chez nous le dimanche 23 février 2025 afin de célébrer la bonne cuisine de la France côtière, mais surtout nos camarades de restauration Gwénaelle et Bertrand, artisans du célèbre Bistrot Paul Bert et de l’Écailler du Bistrot.

Menu 4 services axé sur les huîtres, les coquillages, les crustacés et les poissons sauvages, entre autres. 145 $ par personne (vin, taxes et service en sus).
