Every week we will be posting stats about homelessness to bring more awareness to the work we do. Our goal is to fight food insecurity all over Montreal, we aren’t trying to solve homelessness but we can educate the public about the harsh reality. Lets make this summer a safe summer by taking care of each other

Mama Khan is more than a restaurant; it’s my mother. Coming at a young age to Montreal Canada, learning the language, accepting the culture and becoming the super hero she is today. She worked multiple jobs while raising 3 boys. It’s not in the desi norm for a woman to be the “head” of the household. For us my mother created and set the path for us siblings to be successful while also succeeding in her own personal life. Love you mom, to many more years of feeding thousands of people!
