Sarah Orton last night on our patio as part of our Live Music Series. Every Wed’s evening we host Nelson’s finest musicians to provide FREE access to live music. Sarah curates our live music program and you may see her on stage in her band Penny Shades or performing alongside Moontricks

Bass Coast is almost here, so we’re getting warmed up a little early.

Join us with DJ D.DEE and Wabi for six hours of open-air selections before the festival weekend begins.

Vancouver’s D.DEE has spent over a decade shaping Canada’s underground through Pacific Rhythm, the influential label and party series that’s helped define the West Coast sound while introducing artists like D. Tiffany, Khotin, Ex-Terrestrial and many more to dancefloors around the world. His sets move effortlessly through house, disco, downtempo and unexpected left turns, always with a deep sense of musicality and flow.

Joining him is Wabi, one half of the celebrated electronic duo Humans, whose musical world stretches from indie electronics to late-night club music, with appearances everywhere from Bass Coast to clubs across Canada. Expect a thoughtful, genre-blurring approach.

Light Summer is in full swing, and our patio is the place to be with all of our music happening outside in the open air. We’ve added more shade to the patio to keep things comfortable, making it the perfect spot to cool down on these hot days.

Live Music Wednesdays are rolling strong from 7–9 PM, offering the perfect opportunity to catch local live performances. Pair the tunes with our brand new summer menu items and freshly announced drinks crafted specifically for the heat.

Our weekend series continues from 6–9 PM with some massive highlights this month. Nelson’s Art Walk continues, and we are moving into our second month featuring the incredible work of Mia Dungeon. If you haven’t yet, come down to check out the exhibition and grab an Art Walk pamphlet. Plus, we are hosting a special natural sake tasting featuring a curated lineup of all-new, super high-quality sake imported straight from Japan this upcoming Saturday.
