Anchovy-stuffed olives, a boquerone, and a tuna-stuffed pepper perched on top of an ice-cold cocktail. Somewhere between a drink, a snack, and a very good decision.

It works! Paired with citrus pickled rhubarb, pistachio, and chocolate, it’s one of our favourite desserts of the season! On for the weekend.

Rain or shine, come get your prawn on today. BC spot prawns are on feature in the Oyster House and steamed fresh in the Fish Market. Sweet, fresh, and only around for a short window — we’ll try to get more next week, but no promises. Get them while you can.

Mike’s busy getting the shade sails up on the oyster deck; we are SO ready for long afternoons, cold wine, rhubarb margaritas, oysters, and all things summer! Our goal has always been for this space to feel like you’ve left the Falls for a bit — especially once the sails are up catching that gentle summer breeze ☀️

See you on the oyster deck! Happy Hour runs weekdays from 3–5 and all day Mondays. Live music on the patio starts up Mondays from 5:30–8.

Fiddleheads, asparagus, ramps and patio season all showing up at once. Patio tables will be open whenever the sun’s out and it’s over 18. ☀️

Some of the Long weekend features are in:
📸Wild rice and goat cheese fritters with fiddleheads, asparagus salad and fiddlehead pesto.
The Catch- Pan roasted Atlantic salmon with butter poached asparagus, tempura fried ramps, king oyster mushrooms, confit new potatoes and asparagus ramp velouté.
Dessert - poached rhubarb with black pepper lemon sablé, vanilla pastry cream and rhubarb purée.
