Not the prettiest post but an accomplished post. We have tons of pails ready to get rid of. We're selling them for $2 each comes with a lid they are food safe. They will need a quick rinse but all money raised will go to the local Gathering place . Let me know how many pills you will need for pickup as they are in my storage unit. Every pale sold the money will be donated. Please spread the word.

📢 Once you've registered, pick up time for your vase will be Monday, July 13th, 2026 at Heritage Gardeners office from 9am-5pm.

If you work within those hours but still want to participate, alternate pick up will be available on Sunday, July 12th, 2026 from 10am-4pm.

Registrants must ONLY use the vase supplied to them upon pick-up for their entry to be valid.

🗺 All registrants are responsible for bringing their vases to the Enchanted Family Fun Fest on Saturday, July 18th, 2026 from 10am to 11am for judging.

Judges' favourites decision will be made by 12pm while blooms are fresh! The community voting will happen throughout the day until 3pm, where votes will be closed and tallied up.

💫 Winners will be notified by 6pm day of!
Pick up or drop off of the gift cards will be arranged when we reach out.

This isn't a post asking for sympathy. It's just a little glimpse into the reality behind owning a small business.
This morning, I walked into Mrs. Sprinkles expecting our ice cream delivery, only to find that one of our main dipping case compressors had failed.
Full freezer of ice cream... gone.
In the grand scheme of life, I know it's just ice cream. But for a small business, it's an unexpected repair, lost inventory, lost time, and one more obstacle during our busiest season.
The truth is, sometimes life is already heavy before you unlock the front door. Then something like this happens, and it feels like the final straw.
Most people only see the finished product the smiles, the colorful scoops, the events, the fun videos, the laughter. They don't always see what happens behind the scenes to keep those doors open.
But here's what I've learned.
Small business owners are resilient.
We cry.
We clean up the mess.
We make the phone calls.
We figure it out.
Then we unlock the doors with a smile because we love what we've built, and we love the people we serve.
This isn't me complaining. I chose this dream, and I'd choose it again a thousand times. But some days... they're just really hard.
So if I can leave you with one thing today, it's this: please choose kindness. You never know what someone behind a counter is carrying. A smile, a little patience, a kind word, or even taking a minute to leave a Google review can mean more than you'll ever know.
If you've been thinking about stopping by this weekend, we'd love to see you. Every scoop, every visit, and every kind word truly helps keep dreams like ours alive.
These tubs may be empty...
But my heart is still full.
Full of gratitude for this community.
Full of determination to keep going.
And full of excitement to refill every one of those tubs and keep serving you with a smile.
