barCultura is back after a 2 year Covid hiatus!

Our new focus can be described as vegetable forward, but fan favourites are scattered throughout the ever-changing menu.

All revved up with no place to go? We’re feeling that today. but we got ya covered with our weekend specials.

1) The sweet & spicy Korean meatball ramen bowl that we so aptly named “Freddie Prinze Jr” was so popular that we had to give it a rest for a bit. But unlike his career….it’s back and it’s all that!

2)Warm tender chicken and potato dumplings in creole sauce is just what the doctor ordered.

3) Wagyu beef stuffed dumplings tossed in charred scallion sauce with ginger & garlic vegetables

4) Light & bright Green papaya slaw

The kitchen has been playing with Western style Chinese this week with anticipation of Xi’an inspired BAAM boxes next week. One of those dishes is Hong Shao “Red Braised” pork ribs. Sichuan peppercorns, cloves & star anise add a wonderful depth to these sticky ribs.
