Lamorna Sticky Toffee Pudding Cocktail

Some of our favourite drinks start somewhere other than behind the bar.

This one was inspired by the Sticky Toffee Pudding at LAMORNA , a dessert that’s rich, comforting, and memorable enough to have us thinking, “What if this was a cocktail?”

We built it with cognac, sherry, Licor 43, Dillon’s Chocolate Liqueur, sticky date, and finished it with an Earl Grey cold foam to capture the warmth and depth of the original without simply making it sweet.

A little nod to one of our favourite local restaurants, and a cocktail we’re pretty proud of.

Say hello to; Passion Problems ~

We wanted to make something that felt refreshing enough for the patio, but a little more interesting than your average summer cocktail.

Mint-washed rum keeps it bright, St-Germain brings a subtle floral note, and a touch of lime for that citrusy freshness.

Topped with our dairy-free passionfruit foam, it’s become one of our favourite patio drinks this season.

Era Night was everything we hoped it would be.

Great music spinning on vinyl, incredible pizza from Casa de Nadie (“NAH-dee-eh”), cocktails inspired by decades past, and a room full of people enjoying it all together.

When we started opening the cafe at night, this was the vision: creating a space where people could gather around good food, good drinks, and experiences that feel a little different from your average night out.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a memorable evening.

We’ll see you at the next one.

Present Day

Each seating shifts with the music, mood, and energy of the room. Shared tables, curated playlists, great food, even better cocktails.

At Lone Wolf, a lot of our seasonal drinks start with a simple idea: take a familiar flavour and rebuild it in a way that still feels balanced and intentional.

Our Strawberry Cheesecake Latte is made with house-made strawberry syrup and topped with a strawberry cream cheese cold foam, bringing in that creamy, slightly tangy finish that makes cheesecake so recognizable, without overpowering the coffee underneath.

A dessert-inspired latte that still feels like a latte first.
