We’re incredibly honoured to have hosted a special collaborative dinner at Nest at Thyme and Again as part of the Blue Door Gala auction in support of The Ottawa Mission’s Food Training Program. This marked the second time we’ve had the pleasure of bringing together this wonderful group of guests, and it was such a beautiful evening filled with connection, conversation, and incredible food.

Niramaya arrives at Coconut Lagoon for two exclusive evenings on January 14 and 15. This thoughtfully curated six-course vegan tasting menu is designed to highlight comfort, depth of flavour, and seasonal balance, with an optional spirit-free pairing to complement each course.

From pani puri shots and dosa to woodland mushrooms, jackfruit payasam, and filter coffee, every dish is crafted to offer a memorable dining experience.
