One of the most popular dishes, the Turkish döner (turning roast aka donair) and lamb, are surprisingly like nothing you’ve ever tried before

You may want to start your meal by trying a traditional Patlican salad, which is a fresh dish composed of baked eggplant, mashed and marinated with finely chopped tomatoes, celery, green onions, parsley, fresh garlic and lemon juice. Moving on to the main course, Topkapi offers a variety of vegetable, fish and meat dishes, such as the ever popular lamb, chicken or beef kabobs.
