Trio Westboro

Trio Westboro Trio is a bistro and lounge in Westboro that offers great food and drinks within a casual, relaxing atmosphere. We also have micro brewed beers on tap.

We have beer on tap or bottle, wine and cocktails made from scratch. Parking - street parking or a parking lot behind us on Picton Ave. Trio offers an elegant selection of wines, an inventive assortment of cocktails and a delicious food menu which is focussed on small plates ideal for sharing. Our relaxed, unpretentious environment coupled with great music makes Trio an ideal place to enjoy yourself with friends. We only accept reservations before 7pm.

🍁 ELBOWS UP, CANADA. 🍁

We're doing it again.

Trio will be open on Canada Day, and Chef Rob is already plotting the return of some favourite Canada Day features from last year's Elbows Up celebration — along with a few new surprises.

Our regular menu will still be available, but if you've been with us before, you know Rob can't resist creating a few special dishes for the occasion.

Good food. Great cocktails. Canadian music. Patio weather (we hope). 🇨🇦

Sometimes the nicest things happen by chance.

This weekend, artist Laurie Sponagle was exhibiting at Art in the Garden at Kiwi Gardens in Perth when visitors stopped to tell her they recognized her flower paintings from seeing them at Trio. 🌸

We love that.

One of our favourite things about Trio is the opportunity to support local artists and share their work with our guests. Art starts conversations, creates connections, and occasionally follows you all the way from Westboro to Perth!

Laurie's beautiful floral collection is currently on display at Trio, so if you haven't had a chance to see it yet, stop by for dinner, a cocktail, or just a look around.

Supporting local artists is one of the many ways we help make Trio feel like home. 💛

🍷 A great afternoon of wine, food, and discovery!

Our Summer Wine Tasting featured five unique wines, from a dry Hungarian Tokaji to a Sicilian orange wine, sparkling Lambrusco, and Moscato d'Asti. The biggest surprise of the day? Many guests fell in love with the dry Tokaji!

The crowd favourites were the Lambrusco and Moscato, while Etienne's top pairing was Chef Rob's mushrooms on toast with the orange wine—a match made in heaven.

We were delighted to welcome both familiar faces and first-time guests, and even had one table checking their calendar before they left to make sure they could attend the next tasting.

Thanks to everyone who joined us—we can't wait to do it again! 🍷✨ August 30th is the next one if you want to join us.
