dishes for Vegan, Vegetarian, Meat lovers (Halal), Sea food lovers, and special choices in Gluten free and Nuts free. At KOTHU ROTTI our food provides a sampling of this rich variety of using spices and mixtures imported from Sri Lanka. You can taste the aromatic hot red peppers, tamarind, garlic and ginger, enjoy the delicate aromas of cardamom, curry leaves, fenugreek, turmeric and bite into the tiny black mustard seeds. Sri Lankan cuisine is distinguished from that of the neighbouring countries because the spices are fast roasted before they are ground and added to the food, to bring out nuances of flavor in a unique and pleasant way.
