They say it takes a village, and our village showed up with so much heart this weekend! 🏃‍♂️💨

We tackled the Tamarack Race Weekend surrounded by our amazing staff, family, and friends. Our mission this year was personal: supporting the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Combining a love for our community with fundraising for life-saving care means the world to us, and your generosity directly helps the University of Ottawa Heart Institute keep saving lives.

A massive thank you to everyone who donated, shared our journey, and crossed the finish line with us ❤️

Run With Heart ❤️🏃‍♂️

Gooney's has partnered with the Institute to raise funds and grow awareness of heart health. We’ll be selling running shirts and collecting donations online and in-store. The restaurant will be open on the weekend of the race, offering nourishment to the runners and cheering them on.

Here is how you can join the mission:

2. Gear Up: We will be selling limited-edition running shirts, with 100% of profits donated directly to the Heart Institute. (more details more soon)
