When we at Killer Buns heard the story of Omar the refugee baker who dropped out of school to follow his dream as a cookie maker we were beyond impressed.

Then when we heard that after so much hard work he had lost his kitchen and might need to stop. So we reached out to see if we could help.

As of today we are proud to announce that ChewyPuff Cookies will be baked at Killer Buns. Also, we will now be carrying these delicious cookies at the restaurant!!

Come for a burger, a lobster roll, or poutine and have one of Omar’s delicious cookies for dessert!!

Lobster roll (Atlantic, Connecticut or Spicy Sriracha) -$24
3 ounce lobster tails - $11
Newfoundland snow crab - $35/pound
Sea scallops (10-20 count) - $3 each
1/2 pound shrimp (cocktail, sweet and spicy or Cajun) - $12
1 pound of shrimp (cocktail, sweet and spicy or Cajun) - $23
Seafood Fondue (scallops, crab, lobster, shrimp) - $20
Mussels - $16
Seafood platter (2 lobster tails, 1/2 pound snow crab, pound of shrimp, 4 scallops, large fries) - $78

White truffle and caviar lobster roll. Fresh Atlantic lobster, white truffle oil, spring onion, lemon in a toasted brioche bun. Topped with bite sturgeon caviar. It’s OUTRAGEOUS!!

Yes we still have lobster rolls!! But this weekend we have burgers and Nashville’s on sale!!

If you haven’t tried our smash burger or Nashville hot chicken here is your chance.

We’ve been smashing burgers since 2019. The only other place in Ottawa area was Pearson Street. And I’m sorry to say that if you don’t order an Oklahoma it’s shouldn’t be smashed with onions. And anyone who squirts water and covers the burgers to melt the cheese…. Well I don’t even know what to say. Nothing like ruining your char and crisp.

So come give one a try for only $8 until Sunday.
