Pinch me. Seriously. 🤌🏼

This Thursday at 8:10 AM I will be live on CTV Morning Ottawa talking about one of my greatest passions — colour analysis!

I genuinely cannot believe I’m typing these words.

This moment has been on my vision board since 2024. Not as a wish, rather a knowing. I always believed there would come a day where I’d be on live television sharing why discovering your best colours is one of the most confidence-shifting things a woman can do for herself — and that day is THIS THURSDAY!

This didn’t fall into my lap…I made this happen.

Years of refining and mastering my craft.
Putting myself out there.
Shooting my shot without any guarantee it would lead to this.

If you’ve ever wondered why something feels off in photos, why certain outfits fall flat or why you leave the mall with a bag full of things that somehow still don’t feel like you, you’re not going to want to miss my segment on Thursday morning.

A little reminder today of how lucky we are to be part of such a supportive community. 🤎

Today, we had the honour of preparing and delivering drinks to the incredible nurses at the ICU desk at Pembroke Regional Hospital as part of Nurse’s Week, a thoughtful treat sent on behalf of the doctors. 🫶

To every nurse, healthcare worker, and support staff member: thank you for the care, compassion, long shifts, and comfort you bring to so many people every single day. Your impact reaches far beyond hospital walls.

Lately we’ve also been feeling extra grateful for the love and support surrounding our little shop, from the Ottawa Valley Yamaha Spring Sales Event, to the college events this week, to preparing bubble teas for an upcoming little league kickoff next week. It’s been one of those months that reminds us how connected this community really is.

Thank you, Pembroke, for continuing to include us in your events, celebrations, workplaces, and everyday moments. We never take it for granted.🫶

A big thank you to Algonquin College Pembroke for having Sip Stirs be part of today’s spring term welcome event for students 🧋✨

We loved prepping 250 bubble teas for the event and hope all the students enjoyed them!

Thank you for supporting local and including us in such a fun welcome day on campus❤️
