KAZUO NOGUCHI was born in Kumamoto city, JAPAN. After he graduated the university in Tokyo, he started working
at Japanese fine dining and Sushi restaurant in
Tokyo, JAPAN. He moved to Canada in 2001 and started
working at The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel as a Demi Chef
De Partie Sushi. Then he’s been working as a Sushi chef in
CANADA and also h
e’s been working as a Canadian food cook
aat Qails’ Gate estate Winery. He moved to Penticton on May,
2012 and opened Sushi Genki on June, 2012.
