Hi faithful followers! Chez Faith is still going strong, although I've changed the requirements for booking to a minimum of six people. That works best for me.
I have a booking in January for a party of 10-12, celebrating the birthday of someone who grew up in this house. How awesome is that?
I've been super busy setting up business as a Registered Nutritionist. I now offer consultations here in my home. My website will be published in the first week of January and will be called Faith's Nutrition (www.faithsnutrition.com). Watch out for that! I'm already consulting and am so happy to be able to help people with complex health issues, as well as those who want to invest in achieving optimal health. What better New Year's resolution?

It's official. I'm now a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, ready to set up practice. Now I can use my passion for good food and optimum health to help others achieve their health goals.
Scientists now say that good health is due, roughly, 70% to nutrition and 30% to other lifestyle factors such as exercise, mediation, etc. That's an eye-opening statistic! We are what we eat, and most of us could benefit from investing in some expert guidance about the latest findings. There is so much information out there, it's difficult to know where to start, and then how to do find time, let alone keep motivated? That's the role of a nutritionist. Yours in health, Faith

I've partnered up with Circa 1867 Spa & BnB to offer a wonderful package of fine food, relaxation, and health treatments. Check it out! I've met some great people so far and it's a pleasure to come up with new dinners each time. The last couple were celebrating their wedding anniversary with a weekend away from the kids. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and even bought one of Richard's paintings right off the wall!
