Did you know tequila can only be produced in specific regions of Mexico using blue agave? In 2006, UNESCO recognized the Agave Landscape and Ancient Industrial Facilities of Tequila as a World Heritage Site, celebrating the region’s history, culture, and centuries-old tequila-making tradition.

Today we’re raising a glass to one of Mexico’s most iconic spirits.

Not the way anyone wants to start a Monday.

Another broken window. Another unexpected repair.

Over the past little while, we’ve also dealt with break-ins, people sleeping and damaging our patio overnight, and even using it as a washroom.

Running a small local business is hard enough without constantly having to deal with vandalism and property damage. It takes a financial toll, but it also takes away your peace of mind.

We love being part of this community, and we truly hope we can all do better. 💔
