Alex has consistently gone above and beyond in supporting the team and helping our operation run smoothly. He took the initiative to create a clear, practical plan for managing the surplus of tubs and sundae cups, ensuring we stay organized and keep product readily available for production needs. This kind of forward thinking has made a noticeable difference in how efficiently we’re able to work day to day.
In addition to this, Alex is always quick to step in when orders are falling short or when extra hands are needed. Whether it’s helping pick, organize, problem-solve, or support teammates, he does so without hesitation and with a positive attitude. His willingness to jump in wherever needed helps keep the team on track, especially during busy and high-pressure times.
Alex also does an excellent job communicating with the team. He keeps everyone aligned on our daily objectives and regularly reinforces our goals as we move toward Q3, helping to create a shared sense of direction and accountability. His attitude, teamwork, and leadership by example have had a strong impact on morale and productivity.
