For 130 years, we've been making ice cream that's found its way into family traditions, summer road trips, celebrations, and everyday moments.

🍦 Ever wonder why a scoop of ice cream can take you right back to childhood?
Ice cream has a way of bringing back memories- summer vacations, family outings, post-game treats, and those little moments that seemed to last forever.

For 130 years, Central Smith has been making ice cream worth coming back for. And while our lineup has grown to include more than 50 flavours, some things never change. Classics like Vanilla🍨, Chocolate🍫, Strawberry🍓, Maple Walnut🍁, and Pralines 'N Cream🥜 have stood the test of time!

They're more than just classic flavours- they're traditions, memories, and a reminder that some things are worth coming back to.

A HUGE thank you to our amazing team for pulling together during yesterday's unexpected power outage! 👏

Thanks to everyone's quick thinking and willingness to jump in, our mixes were finished, the plant was cleaned and organized, tomorrow's truck orders were picked, production plans were updated, paperwork was prepared, and the building remained safe while we waited for power to be restored.

Because of that teamwork, all trucks are running as scheduled today, production is underway, and the Parlour is open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. 🍦

Thank you again to everyone for your patience, flexibility, and incredible teamwork!
