We’re thrilled to share another exceptional microlot from one of our favourite Colombian producers, Gabriel Campos, who cultivates his coffee in the rich volcanic soils of Huila.
For this lot, Gabriel used extended anaerobic fermentation—sealing whole cherries in oxygen-free tanks for 72 hours before pulping and washing. This careful process unlocks remarkable sweetness, complexity, and vibrant fruit character.
He named the lot Dulce Hogar, or “Sweet Home,” because to Gabriel, coffee is more than just a drink—it’s comfort. It’s about gathering in a place that feels warm, familiar, and welcoming. This coffee beautifully captures that spirit.
The medium-light roast of Dulce Hogar is sure to become your new summer favourite with its sweet, juicy, and fruit-forward cup and bright notes of pear.
