It is with heavy hearts that we say our time at the Ponoka Golf Course has come to an end and The Peppered Elk will remain closed indefinitely. Unfortunately we were not able to come to a feasible lease agreement for the foreseeable future.
With that being said, we would first and foremost like to thank all of our patrons and the community of Ponoka who continuously supported us throughout the past three incredible years, not only at The Peppered Elk but also at our special events held in Evolution Hall.
Secondly we would like to thank our incredible staff who have worked so hard over the past few years.... you all are amazing.
Construction has commenced and we will be moving our catering company Evolution Catering and Events to downtown Ponoka. We look forward to continue to provide for all your catering needs, big or small!

We will be finishing out this year at Evolution Hall at the Ponoka Golf Course hosting Christmas parties, 'A Shania Christmas'-Shania Twain dinner and tribute show as well as Brunch with Santa!!
