Looking for something delicious this week? We’ve got you covered! From Sunday, July 12th to Saturday, July 18th, our chefs have put together some incredible specials that are sure to hit the spot.

🍗 Buffalo Chook Grilled Cheese Sanga – A cheesy, spicy twist on a classic comfort food!

🍍 Hawaiian Chook Burger – Crispy chicken, grilled pineapple, teriyaki sauce, Swiss cheese, and all the fresh fixings. A perfect sweet and savoury combo!

To the on-screen talent and the incredible team working behind the scenes—producers, camera crews, sound technicians, set crews, drivers, coordinators, and everyone who makes this production possible—thank you for supporting our local businesses and becoming part of our community.

What you’re doing is about so much more than creating a television show. You’re helping shine a spotlight on our beautiful little town, its people, its local businesses, and everything that makes Port Alberni such a special place to call home. The excitement, positivity, and opportunities this project is bringing to our community are truly appreciated, and we know so many people are excited to see the positive impact it will have for years to come.

💛 To all of our amazing customers and the visitors passing through our beautiful town, we want to extend our heartfelt apologies.

Unfortunately, once again, we have to close our doors at 4:00 PM today due to a shortage of kitchen staff. This is never an easy decision, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.

If you’re an experienced cook looking for a position in a fast-paced, family-oriented restaurant with an incredible team, we’d love to meet you! Please bring your résumé into Boomerangs Cafe and say hello to Darren and Laura.
