THE GREAT SHAWARMA TIMING DEBATE 🌯🔥
We’re about to start this… and some of you are NOT going to agree with us. 😎

Here’s our controversial take after 14+ years of making shawarma:

☀️ EARLY IN THE DAY = PLATE

When the chicken or beef is at its juiciest and the marinade and spices are at their best, why hide that flavor under a mountain of sauce?

A great shawarma should be able to stand on its own.

🌙 END OF THE DAY = WRAP

As the day goes on, we say bring on the wrap, toppings, pickles, garlic sauce, and everything that makes that perfect final bite.

BUT HERE’S WHERE IT GETS EVEN MORE CONTROVERSIAL…

My dad has been eating a chicken Shawarma Wrap EVERY SINGLE DAY for 14+ YEARS… and somehow still enjoys it every time. 😂🌯

And Jawad?

🍟 FRIES INSIDE THE SHAWARMA.
🌶️ SPICE LEVELS MOST PEOPLE CAN’T HANDLE.
So maybe we’re not exactly like everyone else.

NO FENCE-SITTING: If you could only eat ONE for the rest of your life — PLATE or WRAP? 🌯👇

🍟 Fries inside or on the side?
🧄 Sauce lover or “don’t hide the meat!”?

PICK A SIDE. NO “BOTH” ALLOWED
