Good Friday Feature
I’m reminiscing on my time in Halifax with this one.
Butter-poached Atlantic cod, scalloped potato, smoked cod cream sauce, and a medium boiled egg.
This dish was taught to me by an 84 year old Nova Scotian grandmother. She never wrote anything down, so it took time, patience, and a lot of attention to learn it properly.
I’m very glad I did.

With that, we’re moving to a split service; lunch and dinner. This gives us more time to prepare both spaces for great service.

That said, our afternoons are still available for private bookings, luncheons, and events.
