Crispy pork belly on corn cakes with chili butter and crispy sage, then a salt-roasted beet and cabbage salad that holds its own next to it. Both are gluten-free, and the salad is vegetarian, so nobody at the table gets left out.

Come hungry, bring someone you like, and let the bar take care of the rest.
