We’re Open!

Ten days ago, we proudly opened the doors to our flagship Tim Hortons location in Regina, and the response from the community has been nothing short of amazing!

There are so many people to thank for helping us reach this milestone. To our dedicated Teams who work tirelessly every day to serve our Guests, our construction partners and vendors who went above and beyond to finish ahead of schedule, and the incredible support from Tim Hortons head office - thank you!

This Tim Hortons is truly one-of-a-kind. At this location, we’re testing a range of sustainable initiatives, including:

* Heat pumps
* Green roof
* Structural insulated panels (SIPs)
* Underground rainwater storage
* Low-carbon concrete
* Electric vehicle charging stations
* Tankless water heaters
* Automated LED lighting
* Repurposed materials
* Sustainably sourced furniture

We’ll be closely monitoring the performance of these initiatives. Some will exceed our expectations and may be rolled out across Tim Hortons locations nationwide, while others may not perform as hoped - and that’s okay. Testing and learning are essential steps in our journey to continually improve and innovate.

It’s been truly heartwarming to see the people of Regina, especially those in The Greens subdivision, embrace this new space. We’ve built this restaurant to be more than just a place for coffee; it’s a community hub, a gathering spot, and a reflection of our commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Located on Chuka Boulevard in the heart of Regina’s thriving Greens on Gardiner community, this flagship store is set to be unlike any other in Canada. We’re beyond excited to test sustainable features that we hope will lead the way for future Tims locations. Stay tuned for more exciting updates in the coming months!
