To our valued customers ❤️

As we head into our busy season, I wanted to kindly share something that truly impacts small businesses like ours more than many people realize — reservation no shows and last minute or non notified table number changes. It’s unfortunately becoming something regular, and I’d like to address this as gently as possible.

Every table we prepare for means staff scheduled, food ordered and prepped, and space held specifically for you. When reservations are missed without notice, or party numbers change without letting us know ahead of time, it can have a very real effect on a small business like this one, with limited seating and limited reservation availability. We quite often have a waiting list for people we have had to turn away, and we do everything we can to accommodate as many people as possible.

We completely understand that life happens and plans change, and all we ask is for a quick call or message whenever possible if you can’t make your reservation, are running late, or your number of guests changes. Even a little notice makes such a huge difference for us.

We are so incredibly grateful for the support, loyalty, and kindness this community continues to show us. Small businesses survive because of people like you, and we never take that for granted.

I ask for your understanding, and I thank you so much helping us continue to grow, and an extra special thanks for even being this this position to have all this wonderful support ♥️
