Happy Monday! Is there any warm weather in the forecast? We sure hope so!

It’s Halibut season, finally. We’ve got Northern Atlantic in stock. A nice, meaty fish. Once you’ve had it you’ll always want it again.

Last night we got the little deep fryer out at home and fried some up. A little tip to make your batter nice and crispy is to use half all purpose flour and half rice flour.
