It’s our final weekend—time to soak up the sunshine, the views, the good food, and your favorite drinks before we close for the season.

Rain is on the forecast for Saturday & Sunday 🌧️, so today and tomorrow are the perfect time to say cheers to summer. 🥂✨

It’s a windy evening by the river and we’ll be closing a little earlier tonight at 7pm .

Freedom Deck Update 🌦️🎶
We’re keeping a close eye on the skies for tonight’s live music with Rik Reese!
Right now, the forecast is calling for clouds and a bit of rain. As much as we’d love to dance through it, we have to make sure Rik’s equipment stays safe and dry.

Because we’re an outdoor terrace, Mother Nature sometimes has the final say. We’ll make our final decision at 2pm.

For those who already have bracelets — if we need to cancel, you can pop in for a refund today.

The deck will still open at 3pm , and we’ll stay open as long as the weather allows. We do need the rain… so no complaints if it comes! 🌧️☀️

We will make another post at 2pm . Stay tuned !

Final Live Music Nights of the Season! 🎶

We’ve got two more nights of live music before the 2025 season wraps up :

Thursday, August 14 – Rik Reese Duo | 7–10 PM
Saturday, August 30 – Phil Black | 7–10 PM

🪑 Lots of tables and seating still available .
🎟 $10 cover – Get your bracelets in advance at First Star & Pizza Shack , Richibucto .

⚠️ This may be the last season of having live music events on the Freedom Deck. We’re still deciding whether to do any, fewer, or no events at all next year. Attendance can be a challenge, and there’s been an increase in complaints about cover charges. That being said , we truly don’t know what the future holds. 😔

👉 If you’ve been wanting to experience it, these two nights are your chance! Come out for the atmosphere, the music, cold drinks, good food and one of the best river views around. 🌅🎶

Please share & please know that we appreciate each and everyone of you who do show up with kindness and are understanding on the deck especially when it comes to events ! 🫶🏽
