Inspired by the popular pork floss cakes in China, this 6-inch cake brings the classic savoury-sweet flavour into a richer, more satisfying cake version.

Inside every bite:
🔥 A golden torched cheese sauce top�Creamy, savoury, and lightly caramelized for that rich baked cheese aroma.
🌊 Fluffy seaweed pork floss all around�Generously coated with savoury pork floss and seaweed flakes for a bold umami bite.
🥚 Handmade salted egg yolk lava sauce�Freshly cooked in-house, rich and smooth with that signature salted egg yolk aroma.

This seasonal chiffon cake is our interpretation of spring through an Eastern lens — delicate cubilose (edible bird’s nest), floral osmanthus, nourishing grains, and soft layered textures, all brought together in one gentle creation.
