"I haven’t had Alaskan King Crab in years due to the shortages and the increase of prices over the years but this year they’re back and at a fairly priced deal! Neptune was offering $26.88/lb which is insane since buying it at TnT is like $40/lb.

I loved having the legs of the crab steamed in garlic and oil. It brings out the sweetness of the crab. We had the body of the crab deep fried with garlic and chili and holy crap it was so good. The amount of meat was amazing. We saved all the juice from the steamed legs and mixed it in our fried rice - mad tip of the day😉

Disclaimer: I think the season is at its end / over now but make sure to save this for next year!
