Well Richmond, it was a fun season!
We loved it while it lasted and can’t thank everyone who supported us enough 🥰

Unfortunately, we had to make the difficult decision to sell the trailer. This big pink trailer is on its way to📍Almonte. Where .foodtruck is going to rock this new set up. Be sure to check them out, they make some bomb tacos 🌮 and fresh smoothies 🍓

Richmond's favourite food truck is looking for energetic, motivated, and dedicated line cooks. The successful applicants must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, yet fun, work environment, while maintaining the ability to make sure all tasks get done fast and efficiently. Must be available weekdays and weekends.

Duties and responsibilities:

Create unique daily specials

Keep track of stock & place orders

Prepare a variety of food items while using a range of kitchen equipment.

Present all food items using the company’s plate presentation.

Know and comply with quality standards as well as kitchen policies and procedures, including portion sizes and cooking methods.

Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products while handling, storing, and rotating all products properly as per safe food handling requirements.

Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area.

Ability to follow Opening and Closing procedures and checklists.
