Most people don’t realize our café kitchen isn’t where our baking happens (yet). 🤎

Every week, I load everything up and bake at our local community hall before opening The Cozy Nook Café. Here, we make all of our fresh sourdough loaves, (I only bake these once a week because of how much work it is) cinnamon buns, sandwich bread, and muffins before bringing them back to the café each morning.

It’s a lot of work, but seeing you enjoy fresh, homemade baking makes every early morning worth it. Thank you for supporting our little dream. ☕️🍞🫶🏼

☕️A Little Update From The Cozy Nook Café 🤍☕️

We wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes update with our wonderful customers.

Right now, all of our fresh baking is still being made off-site, and it’s becoming increasingly challenging to keep up with the back-and-forth trips. Our goal is to purchase a smaller commercial oven for the café so we can bake our fresh cinnamon buns, muffins, and other goodies right here at The Cozy Nook.

Having an oven in the café would allow us to spend more time serving you, keep our shelves stocked more consistently, and fill the café with the smell of fresh baking throughout the day. 🥰

We are working as hard as we can to make this happen, one step at a time.

Your support, whether it’s a coffee, a loaf of sourdough, a sandwich, or simply sharing our posts, helps us move closer to that goal every day.
