❤️ A little feel-good story from Julius Pizza today… ❤️
With all the construction happening right outside our doors, it would be easy to focus on the inconvenience. But today reminded us that sometimes the best things come out of unexpected situations.
Many of you know one of our regular customers. He’s here every day and usually more than once! He stops in for coffee, chats with our staff, catches up with other regulars, and lately has spent a lot of time watching the construction from the restaurant. It’s become part of his daily routine.
The crew from Galbraith Construction noticed him. Over the past few weeks they’ve gotten to know him, and today, while heading out on their Tim Hortons coffee run, they asked him what he’d like and surprised him by bringing him back a coffee.
The smile on his face was absolutely priceless. Seeing how excited he was to be included was one of those moments that reminds you how much small acts of kindness can mean to someone.
The Galbraith crew has also been incredible to us. They’ve become regular customers themselves, have welcomed our staff into their coffee runs, and have shown nothing but kindness and support while working right outside our business.
So while construction has certainly brought its challenges, it’s also brought new friendships and reminders that there are genuinely good people in this world.
To everyone at Galbraith Construction, we just want to say thank you for all of your hard work, for supporting local businesses like ours, and most importantly, for showing such kindness and making people feel seen and included. It didn’t go unnoticed, and it truly made our day.
Sometimes a cup of coffee is so much more than just a cup of coffee. ❤️☕
