As the 2023-2024 school year came to a close we were delighted to take part in the Grad BBQ. We wish all of the graduates a successful future.

To the students and parents at Racette school we have appreciated your support of DAC CATERING. In September you will notice we are no longer serving the students as Racette has chosen a new path.

We wish you all the best in the school year and look forward to seeing you when you get to Regional High School.

Looking forward to the start of the new school year. A few changes and I am sure there will be wrinkles, but we will het them ironed out. Can not wait to see all the students returning. To the Grade tens and Grade sixers coming to your new schools, feel free to stop by the cafeterias and introduce yourselves. We look forward to meeting you. Have a safe long weekend. It was a busy week at DAC CATERING. We are heading into the last few weeks of school and we are sad to know that we are soon going to loose a great group of grade 12s' but excited for them for what the future holds. We were happy to receive extra help this week from Sharon W. the head honcho Allison Y. Jacqueline and Kayla for Fridays event and thankful to Brandi and Aaron for driving out from Edmonton to help us deliver the meal to the St. Paul Pride event. We are very Thankful for all the help we received. Knowing we can provide a great service to the community is our goal and these people helped us reach it. Aaron it was nice having your stong arms to lift for us. We appreciate you.

As always I so appreciate my day to day staff. They always bring their A game.

Happy New Year! I am glad to see 2022 if the rear view mirror. As all small businesses struggled to survive the COVID world and inflation we were so blessed to have our long time customers return to us. We were slow to get back into it and get our rythm again but we did it. We had a year of tears, laughs and hard work but it was all worth it to end the year all together doing what we love and getting to meet past present and new customers. In a small town word of mouth goes a long way and we are so blessed to have so many in the community think of us when events come up. We are not perfect but we always strive to help out when we are available and offer alternative caterers when we can not. We wish everyone a very HAPPY NEW YEAR.

On a separate note, to the staff and those that come out to help. You make my tasks so much easier and I hope this year that I can bring to the front of the stage the importance that each one of you plays in this business. People say everyone is replaceable and to an extent that is true but to have a group of people come together and work so hard to make a little catering company stay relevant and offer services in our area is absolutely amazing. It is a stressful path that we have chosen and the fact that we can have a good laugh at the most crazy busy time is a testament of the strength that you all have. I am truly blessed to call you all the DAC CATERING dream team.
