After a day of exploring the Kootenays, cruising the backroads, hitting the lake, riding the trails, or just enjoying the sunshine, pull up a chair and let us do the cooking.

This Sunday starting at 4 PM, we're serving up slow-roasted Alberta Beef, seasoned to perfection and roasted low and slow until it's tender, juicy, and packed with rich beef flavor.

The kind of meal that makes you slow down, grab another pint, and enjoy good company around the table.

⚡️ YES WE'RE OPEN TODAY! ⚡️
The storm gave it its best shot, but we got the generators fired up just in time to save our bacon... literally! 🥓
The coolers stayed cold, the burgers survived, and our chef didn't have to explain why everything on the menu suddenly tasted like canned beans.

We’re talkin’ rusty, crusty, hard-workin’, seen-some-things kinda rig.
Bonus points if it hauled logs, broke down twice a week, and still fired up outta pure stubbornness.
