Roasted the same Mexican coffee three different ways for a potential wholesale partner — playing with roast levels to find that perfect fit. From lighter and brighter to deeper and more developed, it’s all about matching the coffee to their vision and their customers.

This is one of my favorite parts of what we do — small batch, intentional, and built around relationships. Hoping one of these profiles hits just right.
