Baba is back Baby!! I've been busy prepping lots of fire-roasted, locally grown eggplants for my delicious Smokey Baba Ganoush. I absolutely adore this unique and creamy, seasonal spread! I guarantee you will taste a little piece of my heart in every jar 🥰🍆

Digging up wild burdock root ain't easy! Those big, tough roots go down DEEP and are difficult to remove without breaking. But well worth it for the amazing plant medicine, available all around us. Burdock root is used in herbal medicine for helping to remove toxins from the blood and cleansing the liver and kidneys. They say it is also full of important antioxidants that can help inhibit cancer and is used to treat many types of skin disorders. Roasting the root brings out it's sweet flavors that pair really well with dandelion root and the other herbs in my Wild Root Infusion blend. A delicious herbal tea/coffee substitute that will blow your mind. Here's to your health!

Look what i found in the forest today... A gorgeous Lion's Mane mushroom! My favorite mushroom to cook with. Such a nice and mild, fresh seafoody flavor reminiscent of fresh scallops. It's also an amazing superfood with tons of health benefits, including boosting brain function and balancing the immune system. Think I will make a pasta sauce with this beauty. What a treat!
