SUMMER HERB BURGER BOWLS

One of my favourite things about summer is how simple dinner can be. Fresh. Easy. Full of flavour.

Because food doesn’t need more rules.
It needs more joy!

INGREDIENTS

Turkey Burgers

• 1 lb lean ground turkey
• 2 garlic cloves, grated
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• Salt + pepper

Burger Sauce

• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp Ideal Protein Maple Syrup
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• Salt + pepper

Build Your Bowl

• Romaine
• Cucumber
• Radish
• Fresh herbs
• Grilled peppers
• Any Phase 1 vegetables you love

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix turkey, garlic, parsley, turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
2. Grill burgers until cooked through and lightly charred.
3. Add egg, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, IP maple syrup, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to a blender. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending until thick and creamy.
4. Fill a bowl with your favourite fresh vegetables, herbs, and grilled peppers.
5. Top with burger and a generous drizzle of burger sauce.

(Herbs I used: parsley, mint, and dill my usual!)

Creamy, smoky, a little sweet, and good on just about everything. Then add whatever veggies you have in the fridge, throw a burger on top, and call it dinner.

Simple ingredients. Big flavour.

It’s wild how many things become possible once you stop asking other people for permission. For a long time, I believed the stories, the doubts, and the limits that were handed to me.

Now I know better. Most of the things I wanted were possible all along.

I just had to be brave enough to keep going and choose joy along the way.

Raspberry Gold Elixir

My current World Cup drink of choice. Fresh lime, loads of herbs, a little sparkle, and all the collagen my life needs right now.

Simple. Refreshing. Summer in a glass.

Because food doesn’t need more rules. It needs more joy.

Ingredients

• 1 Ideal Protein Raspberry Collagen Shot
• 1 tsp Ideal Protein Maple Syrup
• 1/2 cucumber
• Juice of 1 lime
• Small handful mint
• Small handful cilantro
• Pinch flaky salt
• Sparkling mineral water
• Ice

Directions

1. Blend cucumber, lime juice, mint, cilantro, IP maple syrup, and Raspberry Collagen Shot until smooth.
2. Pour over ice and top with sparkling mineral water.
3. Finish with a pinch of flaky salt, fresh herbs, and enjoy.
