SK ELK MEATBALLS
Meatballs, like good stories, began as a way to make something humble stretch a little further—scraps of meat gathered with yesterday’s bread, a handful of herbs, and the quiet wisdom of not wasting what we already have. From the fragrant kitchens of the Mediterranean to the steaming broths of Asia, they’ve traveled lightly, adapting to whatever was fresh, local, and loved. Each one carries the imprint of its place: olive oil or soy, lamb or pork, with always the same intention—to nourish generously and without pretense. A meatball is never just thrift; it’s care, shaped by hand.
