Salads don’t have to be a starter, they can be your meal. Even though this is a noodle salad, it can still be light, refreshing and filling. The Yum Salad noodles are what’s called bean thread or clear noodles. The dressing is made with a non-spicy sweet chilli paste, a pinch of ground lemongrass, a dash of fish sauce and lime juice. It’s topped with peanuts and cilantro to give it some extra flavour. Try it today!

Ginger beef has been a staple of Keo’s Kitchen for such a long time. It’s a must have, go-to and a classic. Who doesn’t like a candied beef strip with vegetables? Upgrade it to 🥥 🍚 or perhaps mellow it out with plain 🍚. Whatever you choose, you can’t go wrong…except for the 🌶 levels 😂. You’ve been warned!

The Laht Naa dish is hands 🙌🏽 down the most favourite dish among the staff and still a fav at home. Even after years of eating this dish, it brings back so many memories of how I was going tackle the dish. Do I eat the veggies first and then tackle the protein and noodles together? Or do I reverse it?
