So we're moving forward as always but we wanna give back and help some of our friends and family at the same time!!! I don't know if you have heard that storage facilities are at the top of investments so we're buying a piece of property and building storage units on it. The property is located in a very busy location (traffic) 1000's of cars daily going by this location. We're looking at building over 100 units that we will charge almost 300 each for so at full capacity we will be looking at 30,000.00 cash flow monthly. We'll we're looking at giving 10% ROI YEARLY. We really don't need investors but we thought it would be nicer to give our friends and family an opportunity to make money on there money instead of a bank or a stranger. If your intrested give me a call or shoot me a text. If you know me at all you know I make things work and get paid to do it so if you wanna get on the train you might wanna think fast about it.
